Warranty & RMA

Korenix provides 5 year warranty from the date of delivery given that products are installed and used properly, contact us if you need RMA service.

Korenix Certification Engineer Program

The KCE (Korenix Certification Engineer Program) was established to guarantee that customers around the world receive the most up to date, on-time assistance with their Korenix products. All Korenix engineers are required to attend regular training sessions, led by Korenix's own technical support experts, and must pass a rigorous battery of tests before being awarded the KCE seal of approval.
