Korenix is pleased to announce that its range of Industrial Gigabit PoE and 12~24V Booster PoE switches have received the UL 60590-1 certification approval --- a firm assurance that all switches have successfully passed the safety requirements for the electronics’ equipments conducted by Underwriters Laboratories and therefore, can be safely and reliable deployed in industrial projects.
Underwriters Laboratories (UL) Inc., the independent organization for product safety certification, has been testing products and writing standards for safety for over a century now. UL 60590-1 is the UL general Safety standard for Information Technology Equipment. |

Korenix’s JetNet 3810G / 3810(G)f / 3806G gigabit and Fast Ethernet booster PoE switches are pioneer solutions in the market providing 8 or 4 PoE ports with an exclusive built-in 12~24V to 48V booster, plus additional 2 gigabit Ethernet, 2 gigabit SFP or 100Mbps fiber uplink ports, and are specifically designed for deployment in buses, rail carriages and other applications, which lack of standard 48VDC power source. Furthermore, the JetNet 3710G PoE switches are equipped with 8 PoE ports and 2Gigabit uplink connections and can be used for high-speed and real-time surveillance in large scale applications.
With the integrated QoS video precedence and the fault relay alarm features, the high quality and the non-stop video transmission with reduced failure time is guaranteed in the network. The compact fanless switches with anti-vibration and wide operating temperature range can overcome the harsh industrial conditions and provide real-time surveillance in flexible distance applications.
