PoE-Plus Capability: 30W High Power
In addition to IEEE802.3af standard, Korenix also supports IEEE802.3at pre-standard high power PSE solution for PDs which power requirements are greater than 15.4W. JetPoE switch series delivers up to 30 watts of high power, which can be used in high end demanding applications.
Forced Powering
Korenix provides advanced forced powering control to deliver power to those non-standard PoE devices that cannot be detected as valid PD’s. In the early days PoE products that were circulating the market prior to the ratification of PoE standard 802.3af did not comply with the current standard and did not support PD detection and classification. The PoE switch cant recognized the PD, thus, it will not forward the power. The forced powering ability solves this problem and enables all your PD’s.
Manual Power Limitation
| Korenix allows users to manually configure the power limitation of the attached PD that doesn’t support PD classification. This can be used to prevent over-power drawing by a non-standard PD and also provides over-heat protection in the event that power forwarding has been exceeded. |

Redundant Power Supply
| Korenix supports power input redundancy on your PSE, flexible solutions for those applications where a reliable power supply is critical. The backup power input will be enabled when the main input fails. |

STEADYTEC Light Duty RJ45 Plug
Korenix recommends the STEADYTEC Light Duty RJ45 plug as the connector solution for the industrial environment. The RJ45 plug is designed for field sites where the ordinary RJ45 cable is easily or possibly affected by unexpected shaking. |

The RJ45 plug can support standard or solid wire cable AWG22-26, while the maximum cable diameter is 8.5 mm. The RJ45 plug can easily be assembled on-site without any special tools. The solid upper clip makes firm connection to the patch panels, switches…etc.
With this RJ45 plug, users do not need IP67 switch, but still can construct professional wiring, especially for the transportation, factory automation as well as industrial applications. |

Ethernet I/O Server Architecture

The figure as left shows the JetI/O Intelligent Ethernet I/O Server Architecture. In the top level, it shows the typical applications, running in the remote I/O environment. The middle level is the Ethernet infrastructure. In the bottom level, blocks include the software agent and signal types of the JetI/O 6500 series intelligent Ethernet I/O Server.

Remote Management
|
JetI/O series Intelligent I/O Server provides several types remote management methods and allows you to integrate JetI/O within your existing system or applications. You simply need to know the device’s IP address, and you can remotely control or monitor the I/O channels’ information.
The types of remote management that JetI/O 6500 series supports are Modbus/TCP and OPC Server for SCADA/HMI industrial applications. I/O Configuration and OPC Server Utilities, SNMP, SNMP Trap and Web browser display are available for convenient configurations.

JetI/O 6500 Series Block I/O Configuration Utility
In this utility, the users can run the emulation mode to learn the features and how to operate JetI/O 6500 Series.
1) Select “Tool -> Emulation” can run the emulation mode. You may see the information of selected JetI/O in “General” section.

2) The “I/O Configuration” shows the rule of every DI/DO channel such as counter mode in DI and pulse mode in DO.

3) The “Data” illustrates DI/DO on/off
status.

4) The “Alarm” is the event warning for the actions when the selected conditions occurred.

Power Plant Automation ━ JetCon 2401 Industrial Serial to Fiber Media Converter
